About the Lockets

How does an aromatherapy locket work? It's beautifully simple. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to one of the soft felt pads included with your locket, tuck the pad inside the pendant, and close it. The laser-cut design allows air to pass through, releasing your scent gently and steadily throughout the day. There's nothing to plug in and nothing to charge — just your fragrance, with you wherever you go.

What are the lockets made from? Every Solére Lior locket is crafted from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel. It's a premium, skin-friendly material chosen for its strength and its resistance to tarnish, rust, and water. With basic care, your piece is built to look beautiful for years.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin? 316L stainless steel is hypoallergenic and widely regarded as one of the most skin-friendly metals available, making it a good choice for most people with sensitivities. If you have a known severe metal allergy, we always recommend checking with your doctor first.

Scent & Refills

How long does the scent last? A single application typically lasts several hours. When the fragrance begins to fade, simply add a few more drops to refresh it. There's no limit to how often you can top it up.

Do my oils come with the locket? Essential oils are sold separately so you're free to choose the scents you love. You'll find a curated selection in our Pure Essentials collection, including classic single notes and warmer fragrance blends.

Do refill pads come with my order? Yes — each locket arrives with felt diffuser pads to get you started. When you'd like more, or want to switch up your colors, replacement pads are available in Pure Essentials.

Can I change scents? Absolutely, and we encourage it. Because the felt pads are interchangeable, you can swap between scents whenever the mood strikes. Many customers keep different pads for different moods — calming for evenings, energizing for mornings.

Wearing & Care

What length is the chain? Every necklace comes on a 65cm chain, a versatile length designed to sit comfortably and pair well with almost any outfit.

Can I wear it in the shower or while swimming? The stainless steel itself is water-resistant, but we recommend removing your locket before showering or swimming. This protects the felt pad inside and keeps your scent fresh — water will dilute and wash away the oils.

How do I clean my locket? Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its shine. For a deeper clean, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly afterward. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, which can dull the finish.

Orders & Delivery

How do I track my order? As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes around 14 business days depending on your location. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

What's your return policy? You can return unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, felt pads and essential oils are final sale unless faulty. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full details.
